Curriculum Design
Gove Group provides curriculum design, as you want to provide new information to your staff. You want them to be able to learn the information and be able to use it.
In order for this to happen, you need to:
- Gather all of the pertinent information to be taught
- Organize the information in a logical order
- Determine the best presentation techniques
- Write the lessons
- Prepare assessment materials
- Deliver, then access, the training
- Ensure that the new information is put to use, that it becomes new knowledge for the employees
